SepiaDoc comes at no cost if you are using it just for yourself. However, a Business License is required for every individual who uses the software in their duties at an employer, government agency, educational institution, or nonprofit.

The subscription renews on an annual basis. If you need to add users, just send us a message. You have the option to cancel this automatic renewal whenever you choose by going into your account settings.
A single license covers one individual, no matter how many of their computers they use. All features are included in the package with no tiered options. The moment payment is processed, your license key arrives by email. It works offline because SepiaDoc does not phone home to check it.
Group Policy, Intune, or copying a file to ProgramData allows IT departments to deploy one key across all computers at once. No manual input is required by any user.
How to deploy the keyEvery user on your company network starts with full access to all features for 30 days. Once that period ends, you can continue reading and printing documents, but editing or signing them will require a license.
